In the Life Log - Day 115 in My Musings

Today was another ok day. I was able to clock in almost 8 hours of sleep, although I did have a weird dream (which I forgot). I did not experience panic attacks or waves of sadness, which once again, makes this day a win.

Since my calendar was free for the entire day, I continued to binge watch the Korean drama that I mentioned here a few weeks ago; got 3 episodes in, and 3 more to go before the last episode. Some meetings were had here and there, but nothing really significant/mind-blowing.

I did cardio after shift; interestingly enough, I found it quite easy. Maybe it’s because it’s been a good 1.5 months since then? Regardless, I’m not complaining.

The mid-week has flown by so quickly. I can’t wait for the weekend to arrive.
