I don’t know where all the energy came from today, but I sure hope it comes back again tomorrow.
After church we had leftover chicken and rice along with fresh squash and sliced fresh tomatoes. Mmmm good. I made two boules of sourdough bread and a banana cake with 3 bananas than wouldn’t last another day. Ended up running the dishwasher twice today.
I am having a great time making sourdough bread. It is so satisfying! I enjoy gifting it to friends too.
There is just something about working with the dough that brings me great pleasure.
