In the Life Log - Day 107 in My Musings

Today was another ok day. I had about.. 6 hours of sleep, 5 of which was uninterrupted. I tried getting a bit more but had to take care of my dad’s food and medicines so decided to rise from bed. Surprisingly, he had an appointment, and had to wake up even earlier as a result.

As the first half of my day was relatively light again, I decided to continue watching the Korean drama I mentioned a couple days back. I got about 2.5 episodes in, as I had to workout; earlier’s routine was back + biceps. There was still nothing crazy about the pump but I feel I’m making progress, reps-wise. My chest + shoulder + tricep workout went well too.

I started becoming busy around 4 p.m.; had to continue working on a site that forms part of our larger group. I made a few alterations here and there, and hopefully it turns out better than the original.

For some good news, the company I have an external application with seems to have taken a liking to me. I was informed by the recruiter to complete a reference check and wait for the contract. It’s ironic that the entire process took a lot shorter than my internal application.

My head continues to bother me at this point, averaging about a 6 at least in the pain scale for the past few days. I hope it’s nothing serious.
