In the Life Log - Days 102 to 103 in My Musings

Today and yesterday were not very good days. I was such an emotional wreck that trying to get my thoughts together in writing just did not work. I think the past few weeks coupled with my internal troubles just became too much to handle.

Work was ok today and yesterday; meetings were kept to a minimum so I had some breathing space save for the occasional ad-hoc work.

I hit shoulders + triceps yesterday and legs today. Workout sessions were quite good, surprisingly.

As of this writing, I’m still not back to my best. It’s been a long month; just hoping and praying for a better month ahead.
