Accidentally overdosed,$20 tip,car repairs in Life of a cat mom

I accidentally overdosed yesterday and didn’t realize it till this morning. I will never tell my husband. I took Wellbutrin with Duloxetine 60 mg. I was supposed to take took 30mg of Duloxetine and not take the Wellbutrin. I fell asleep entire afternoon in my hotel room. I slept deep and hard. I was so drowsy. When I reread what the doctor wrote on a piece of paper his messy head writing made me mess up..oops. thank God I didn’t accidentally kill myself.

A man just gave me a $20 bill as a tip for serving breakfast this morning. I was so startled I thanked him saying how amazing he is. He doesn’t know that will be going to my car repairs. I feel so lucky. I am lucky my boss let stay at the hotel while my car get fixed. I am lucky to work serving breakfast.
