week one done in Bittersweet

Well it was a week. I mean things went fine over all. We are doing just fine. But yeah you can tell who didnt bother to watch the videos and who did. Some questions are so simple. Like dude, I made 20 2 minute videos on how to do ALL of this! Its not HARD. Seriously
I had a pissy moment when the supervisors want to give incentives for everyone doing their notes a week. So get a gift card or PTO. Im like for real. Thats their JOB! How about an incentive or thank you to the receptionists who learned THEIR job AND the therapists job in 2 weeks AND catch shit for people bitching at them because “they didnt do good enough” or dont know how to do it. Or the therapists just dont want to do it. Its their damn job.
Sometimes its like for real. We are too damn nice about their job!
At least CEO agreed we can give a bonus to the admin team. I dont need one. But I want to thank THEM.
Next week is our yrly bbq. We do it for the fourth of july. So its wednesday the 3rd. Im going to pick the cherries from my bosses cherry tree in the yard and make cherry strawberry rhubarb crisp. That will be fun. We can all use a break for an hour and a half lol.

Yall our gossipy group said they created a poll to see how fast we switch back. I said ill bet and win. We arent going back. No wonder they arent getting their shit done. They think we will go back. Fecking annoying.

Im playing my dinosaur catching game, chatting with my raid team and winding yarn. I took half day off today to flex for last week ( still 4 hours over but dont tell t…) I had to be here…too much shit. But its going to be fine :) now im ready for relaxing. But i also dont want to just stay home this weekend. But kinda broke too lol. Ahh life. adulting…
