In the Life Log - Day 86 in My Musings

Today was an ok day. I was able to sleep around 7 hours or so, although there were two things that were of note: 1. I slept feeling sore in the ribs/torso area, and breathing/bending caused great discomfort; and 2. I dreamt about us.

Item #1 is weird because it progressively got worse from yesterday afternoon, up until I woke up earlier this morning. In fact, the pain from yesterday was in the lines of 6 or 7 out of 10. However, as of this writing, it’s gotten slowly better; not sure if this is a muscle strain. As for item # 2 - I dreamt that we were in a cafe and we wanted to give things another try.

Work was busy once again today - meetings and all. I had a last minute meeting yet again with regard to the project that a colleague and I were doing. Funny thing was, the original invite was only supposed to be for 30 minutes, but I suggested to make it an hour. The end result - 1.5 hours, and clocked out 1 hour later than my usual.

As for my workout, I hit back and biceps earlier. Training went well as I had quite the pump and worked up a sweat. Still nothing compared to being in the gym, but then again, just doing this to maintain.

Tomorrow is a holiday; just looking forward to get a break before continuing this crazy week.
