blue in the face and freaky pic in Hi This is Kat!

I have been trying to get Jo to go to the doctor… I can talk to her until I am blue in the face and she will do it her way! She said she wants to wait 10 days… ????

She is trying this liver detox stuff and wants to see if it helps…

I am finally at a healthy weight… woo hoo! I lost almost 30 pounds. I feel better and clothes fit me better.

The other day Mark and I were watching Jeepers creepers .... that show really freaks me out… when I looked out my window I saw this!!!!

It freaked me out lol it is a HUGE buzzard spreading his wings out. He sat there for about an hour like that. We seldom see buzzards and I have never seen one spread out like that.
