Property Update #48- Almost Done! in Tennessee

Bonus fam went to the property again. Everything is close to being done. The driveways are done. Gutters installed. Decks and done on front and back. Water and Electric are hooked up. And septic tanks are placed.

The decks look gorgeous! They are 8x8, just enough for a grill or bench. Might want an awning for the front one at some point but well see.

Now we have to wait on the mortgage company’s inspection before we get the keys. And have the mailbox put up. We are told this takes the longest amount of time but were also told we should be able to move in sometime in May. We shall see.
