In the Life Log - Day 48 in My Musings

Today was a relatively quiet day. I slept a good 8.5 hours more or less; seems I was really tired from yesterday’s leg routine. I’m also feeling a lot better mentally, although there was still a brief moment of sadness.

My main highlight today is attending mass. The Gospel was Jesus preaching to his apostles the importance of love, mainly to love each other as he has loved them. In continuation of the previous weeks’ homily, we are reminded of two things: 1. to not only have love, but also become love itself; and 2. love requires sacrifice and trust. Definitely food for thought (and soul), and something to reflect on.
