Excruciating Pain Again! in I Can't Stand Them!

Sometime in the early hours I was up again, sat on the edge of the bed washing Ibuprofen down with an entire bottle of Corona Extra trying to ease the agonizing back and hip pain!

I have a huge tube of Uddermint Cow Cream which is a big help, it soaks in and eases the pain but I can’t and won’t wake my hubby up in the early hours to rub it all over my back and hips so I sit there in agony, sometimes crying with pain, then when I laid down and turned over I was trying not to wake hubby our our little cat who was snuggled in his arms!
