Yesterday 24th June... in I Can't Stand Them!

It was 20.1 C. and was absolutely scorching. I HATE sun/heat/summers, it makes me physically ill and makes my rheumatoid/osteo and back pain worse.
I was in Boots yesterday, although the chemist has been taken over recently by another company that I can’t remember the name of and I had to sit down as I thought I was about to pass out. The sweat was pouring off me!
Today is actually higher at 23.5 but there’s quite a lot of cloud cover so it doesn’t look or feel anywhere near as hot!
I’m here at work cooling down with a bottle of milk and my desk fan going!
