I am basically down to painting all the wrought iron table and chairs… that is 5 round tables and 22 chairs. I also need to paint two antique iron plants and a bench. The yard should look fresh and clean!
I started trimming 6 bushes in the front and a spiral. We have our neighborhood sale next weekend so I want the front yard to be finished before there are crowds of people that walk our neighborhood during the sale. I get a lot of pride when my yard is manicured.

It is funny the things you hear from people walking from sale to sale. they are not shy to express the hate or love for the homes they pass. This was the first executive estate subdivision in our small town. now the whole area is nothing but large McMansion type homes… the quality on those homes are never up to par :( .

My neighborhood was built about 30-35 years ago. Doctors, lawyers, business owners mostly and most were very quality made but these new McMansion home’s walls are so thin! The doors are cheap.... Ikea of homes lol. Most never homes do not have fancy doors or pocket doors, no 10,000 dollar chandeliers.... they do not have rooms… they are smaller homes with no rooms to make them feel larger? I love rooms and after the covid many people realize the purpose of rooms lol. I have 15 rooms and only 3 of them are bedrooms so yes, I like rooms hahahah
