Poor Hubby! in BAH HUMBUG!

A couple of days ago he damaged his right foot when doing some renovations. He dropped some tiles on it. It’s swollen up quite bad and a bit red. I’ve applied Teatmint Cow Cream to it all over the foot and ankle and he’s keeping it up as much as he can but of course he can’t really do that when here at work!

He’s limping around in a lot of pain and having to go up/down stairs crab-ways!

He’s been taking Ibuprofen before bed and putting a hot water bottle by his foot.

I occasionally do my foot to the point it swells and becomes painful and it’s piggin’ awful so I do sympathize with him!
