Property Update #46- Septic in Tennessee

It looks like they have started digging for the septic tanks and other piping in the backyards. The heat pumps have been installed. Electric service has been initiated. They are also continuing to work on the foundation.

Bestie and family went to the property yesterday and video chatted me and toured their house. It was gorgeous! My house was locked so I didn’t encourage them to break and enter although I’m sure they wanted to.

On their way out, their van got stuck in the mud. Someone driving down the road which happened to be a neighbor from a few doors down offered to grab a chain and get them pulled out. Lesson learned, I guess we can’t go there anymore until the driveways are put in. Speaking of those, that is next on the agenda to talk about with the builder.
