Am I the only person who is hoping that Dawson decides to go back to the ambulance &/or med school? I am so tired of seeing Casey favor her. I was disappointed in the Chief for basically blowing Herman off. And if they are not going to remove her from the truck, could they demote Casey & give Herman the LT job? He is getting screwed!

How long are we going to have to watch Lady Gaga’s Boyfriend continue to roam the gutter? It is getting a little old watching him get his drunk on every week. Can’t he spend the night in a drunk tank or something…anything to snap him out of this binge of idiocy.

Why did Casey give his brother-in-law a whole night to cook his books? That is going to bite him in the ass no? I will be at your office at 8:00 am…why tell him? Why not just show up or why not gather the proof & drop it on him? Drama? Stupid.

Why does the Chief always sabotage himself? Is it because deep down he doesn’t want to leave the house? Did he screw someone’s wife? The brass seem to not like him too much. Also, why was Cruz suspended when the other guys admitted their wrong doing? I might have missed that, but it does not make sense to me. Also, why is driving the truck such a big deal? I think it would be stressful and I would welcome a suspension. Also, suspended from driving the truck, but not from work? How does that work? Does driving pay more?

Was anyone else hoping that Sylvie would go back to small town wherever with her ex? She’s too wishy washy for me. I just don’t feel her. Also, are they ever going to go back to why she had a wad of cash just laying around in the first(?) episode? I thought maybe she was a dealer or holding for someone. Is that the money she got from selling her ex’s car? And did the burglar give her the ring back? And why didn’t she call 911 right away? How long has she been in Chicago anyway?

When is this Molly’s 2 bullshit going to end? I don’t care about a food truck. This whole get rich quick shit is boring and takes away from actual fire stories.

Where’s the fire? Literally, where is the fire? There seems to be less and less emergency & fire calls each week. Pyro is not cheap, so are they trying to save some money for a big November sweeps story? I want something more like Backdraft & less like All My Children.

Why so many clichés? Every week there is something for Gabby to overcome as a firefighter. They seem to really want to stress that “women are not meant to do a man’s job”. Her line doesn’t work, she can’t get the cap off, blah blah blah. Whine, whine, whine. I was surprised she didn’t ride Casey piggy back down the wall. And why didn’t the Chief ever confront Casey about why he was on the freaking roof instead of Herman? So much for putting their relationship aside.

When will they do something awesome? Like have Donald Sutherland guest star as an arson investigator or as an arsonist named Ronald? Maybe have Billy Baldwin show up as a high up in the department or a grizzled veteran firefighter? Seriously, it is Chicago and would be so fucking spectacular. Read this NBC.
