The grass is looking greener… its second hair cut of the season. It is pretty plush already as I get good lines when I cut so I am happy!

Speaking of hair cuts last night I got a wild hair up my butt and cut myself some long curtain bangs. I needed a little face framing so I am not unhappy.

I sold two pedestals today making a little money as I spring clean the back yard… I want to paint my patio in the next few weeks. Probably teddy bear brown again. I liked that color it blends well with the exposed aggregate apron around the pool. The brown looks amazing with the black wrought iron.

Someone left me a private note the other day and I have given it a lot of thought. He said I know a lot of rich people… I thought it was an odd thing to say but he really is right. We aline ourselves with people who are like us… if you struggle to make a living and live in lower income area....chances are you would would not be in the same circle of friends as a doctor would. because they people you around in life probably earn close to you. same as middle class, upper middle, and upper class… they run in the same circles. Billionaires friends want someone who can jet across the world together and hang in the same private clubs… I would never be around their career, their neighborhood, or their clubs so no… they probably would not be my friends....
I am upper middle class and that is who I live by, that is who I worked with, that is the people who would go to the parties I do…

the people in government housing probably would never be where we hang out…

There is nothing wrong with that… people befriend people with the same goals and dreams… If I want to go to Hawaii I want friends able to go and share the same dream.

What is really odd is Jo does not fit in with the same people I run with as she loves the bad side of town bars … the poorer the area the better she thinks she fit it.... IT is weird how we became best friends. I worked with her in a fund raising I was doing. and we got each others humor. Jo was not a millionaire when we first met. She was middle class. She inherited her money… she did not earn it.... not that it matters but it is why she does not care about money. :)

I guess where I was going is.... you befriend people like you… ones you are around and ones that have your goals and dreams… if we are in different circles, different careers, and different neighborhood… it is impossible to understand the other circles but we are all people with dreams
