cool old house in Hi This is Kat!

My niece or I guess she is more my ex niece, but I love her like a niece … so niece, bought a cool old house. It looks so big from the outside but looks are deceiving. 1st floor is gorgeous with original woodwork. There is a small foyer with the stair case on one side and on the other side is a parlor, behind that room is a dinning room with the kitchen being in the back and a small half bath, next floor is 4 smaller bedrooms and full bath, attic room finished with sitting area on one side and toy area on the other with a full basement. but each floor is 1000 sq ft and attic is about 300 sq ft and the basement which can’t be used as sq ft is about 1000 st ft with a bedroom down there and half bath. total sq ft is 2300 w/o the basement

She just got a divorce and left a 1.5 million dollar home they built.... so I am hoping she is happy with this 115 year old home. it has a front porch and a screened in porch on the back. It is a cool house with lots of charm but it is not the country club neighborhood she is used to… might be a good change for her.

I used to own a cool old house sorta like that one…I have often thought it would be cool to buy another big old house that has been restored but I would want a pool and most of the historic districts have small yards
