Maslentisa day 5 in Reiwa 6

In the 6th year of the Reiwa Emperor.
March 2nd Julian Calendar

Friday was another day. I woke up at a reasonable time, I said my prayers, I did my job, I got caught up things I hadn’t finished the night before, and I did it in time. I went to the staff meeting, and I then went to the office, printed, and went to the second school. In the meantime, I had a baguette, vinegar drink, and some string cheese.

I was able to get caught up on the daily readings (more or less) between arriving at the school and when my students arrived. Also, my new portable chair came in the mail which was a really nice addition. It certainly helped the ol’ back. My demo class went alright, but I did hear my supervisor apologize for my lack of energy due to my injury. Which . . . I mean, it’s good she said it, but it still hurts to hear. I set up my chair after the kindergarten demo and did the second two classes from it.

I went home, ate that dinner, and tried to keep myself awake. In doing so, I played a game of Civ for far too long, managed my later reading, and went to bed far, FAR too late.

Not a great day, not a disaster.
