Property Update #43- Gate in Tennessee

I was told that they are bringing my home from the Clayton showroom onto the land on Wednesday. I was thinking that they were going to work on the septic system first. But she explained that if they can get the house onto the land before the septic trucks block the way in, that is more ideal for them. I am still learning!

The delivery lady called and told me that portions of the gate/ fence that is at the entrance of the property needs to come down. Those are huge ass fence posts. So thank the lord that the builders at clayton agreed to take them down for us. I will have to call back tomorrow to follow up and see when they are planning on it.

The county water company has also been calling and calling me. We were supposed to place two blue flags on the land where we wanted the water meters to go. But since this is our first time doing all this we had no idea where they went. So I was told that the builders would move them but they haven’t yet. So I’d like to see if they got that done.

We are also waiting on getting 2 official 911 addresses with the county. Then we can fill out change of address forms at the post office whenever we are ready to receive mail. We have a couple mailbox ideas but we have to purchase it. Then, our builder said he can install it for us.

Bonus family’s home should be at the showroom March 21st.
