useless info in Hi This is Kat!

Sitting out in my back yard watching birds and squirrels make their nests… I find it very relaxing. My neighbors tree is full of light pink blossoms and for some childish reason it excites me. I can’t get enough flowers and warm air feeling blessed that we really had no winter to speak of

Today we meet with our broker… making sure we are still on the same page and to see if there are any changes to be made… the market is super strong but… who knows what next week might be
