birthday party in Hi This is Kat!

I feel so blessed that the past few weeks have been in the 50’s and 60’s here! It drops down over night but at least I feel a touch of spring! Trees are budding out as are my tulips :) give my world some color please!

Looks like We will be hosting Tucker Toms first birthday here at my house first of May. Kelsey was excited we were getting the new pool heater as the old one has not worked in years… Unsure of the theme? We have a great set up for large parties as this house was designed for parties! We have 5 wrought iron patio tables that can sit 6 and we have lots of other seating like our wicker set…

People nowadays go all out for their kids birthday parties :) unsure if we will cater it or make finger food? I am hoping to keep it under 50 people

leading from our garage there is a small hallway that has our laundry room, bathroom, and large closet… there is a door you can lock that leads to the kitchen so during parties people cannot roam thru your house. I like that as you can’t always trust everyone…

I hope you have money invested in the stock market this year as they are crazy high and extremely profitable right now! I remember people freaking out on how great the market was during Obama… it was around 16,000 and now it is pushing 39,000! more than double what it was! I started Brooks an account last year and put 48,000 in it for college.... it has grown to way over 60,000 in less than a year.
