Good day in Adventures in paradise

Ended up going to see ‘The Maze Runner” yesterday with Jeff, since he was being annoying, and I had some time before work. I showed him the Grindr profile of the lead actor I saw online two days ago and he said it looked like it could be a legit pic.
Anyway, the movie was pretty good! Turns out it’s a trilogy, like all films seem to be these days to drag out the moolah. The last Hunger Games is even going to be in two parts, like Twilight was - ergh.

I got a text from my boss as SOON as I sat down in the cinema to start the movie. “Can you start early?”
LOL. No.
Actually, I said I should be able to make it by 5, but said where I was, and he texted back ‘All good if you’re a bit late’. I think he’s been pretty keen for staff lately. I’m confused because the TV ads for a career with the company I work for have started up again, yet my manager tells me there’s a freeze on employing people at the moment. Might wanna tell the advertisers that!

Work went quite fast. We had a lot to do. I was refreshed and feeling fine and it was over before I knew it. I even went to the gym afterward and had the whole place to myself, which is always awesome. I did a really great session, having upped my weights again, which I should have done ages ago. I finished with a second attempt at those core exercises my workmate told me about, and I think I got them right this time, because fucking hell they were hard to do! They just suck because they look strange to anyone else who happens to be watching, so I was thankful I was alone.
