Woke after a good nights sleep, we woke to a dull Sunday back in Cornwall, yesterday we returned from a week on Anglesey, leaving Trearddur Bay at five forty am. Our journey home took us through Snowdonia on A5 and on to Shrewsbury, where I was bourn, then on the A49 down to South Wales and the Severn Bridge; and then to Bristol and on to the M5.

We choose our way through Wales to avoid roads beginning with ‘M’ we are on the M5 just over an hour then the rout definite south to wards Cornwall. Anglesey had been warm most of the weeks, thee was one cold evening – I was told, apart from that it was warm and sunny or warm and dull; I much better week then the two holidays we had last year.

I’ve traversed 16 images I made with my Canon G10, taken on our way home, during a twenty minute stop at Queenswood Forest Park near Hereford, an a English Cathedral City quite close to Wales; the A49 runs close to the border on either side. Hereford Cathedral is one of the three cathedrals that have hold the 300 years old ‘The Three Choirs Festival’ It was Worcester Cathedral this year, next year it is Hereford and Gloucester after.

Of course I slept rather well last night, it been a year since I drove for 400 miles in the one day, I’m quite ok until I stop; and then sleep comes easily! We were back in to our routine this morning, there was less time between breakfast and our setting off for the agility class’s, it was a competition class, Ziggy was joint winner with another dog, one I haven’t seen and Lola was fourth; for a little dog still tired from eight hours in a car yesterday – it was nice she wasn’t last.
