Sammich N Pretzels in Hello

When we went to pick up food Saturday night for the big freeze, I wish I took the initiative and got more than dinner foods. All I have for lunches/snacks are ham sandwich meat, soups and pretzels. Should have picked up two more lunch meats, a bag of chips (preferably Zapp’s Voodoo) and some ice cream or fruit roll ups or something like that.

Don’t get me wrong, plenty of stuff for dinner. But for lunch, ham sammich or chicken noodle soup. Hm, should have got more garlic bologna. That stuff rules! Oh! Liverwurst and crackers! That would have been a filling snack. Anyways, I shouldn’t complain. Yes I have stuff to eat.

I’ve been checking on the out door cats every couple of hours since the temp dropped. They are all snuggled up with each other in a cat house I stuffed with old blankets and a pillow. That eases my mind. It’s supposed to get colder tomorrow. I have a starter log and some wood on the back porch I can put in the outdoor stove and set it next to the cat house if it comes to it.

We got snow, just not much. Meanwhile Peacock in TN got a few inches. I’m jelly. I wanted to make a snowman. Woman? They? I don’t know the proper vernacular these days. A nonbinary snow person. With a rainbow clown wig. And carrot penis. With a coconut bra…yeah, that’d work.
