MMMM, MMMM, GOOD! in Weight Watchers Program sharing

Not your typical breakfast food, but OH SO tasty!!!

Having gone to the Farmers’ Market last Tuesday, I still had some veggies… so… I cut up the Asian eggplant - the long skinny kind - and a “head” of bok choy (an Asian cabbage). I added some peanut oil (actually from the “natural peanut butter), some sesame oil, some soy sauce and rice vinegar, and some sliced ginger. I set it to steam in the microwave for 5 minutes and ate it over brown rice.

VERY tasty, very satisfying.
