Have you ever met a person who never owns their mistakes? Always it is someone’s fault. No matter what… they have an excuse! Jo is like that. She has blames every dad thing that has happened to her on Cole, Randy and her family. Her marriage failed cause she had to visit her parents every weekend… it had nothing to do with her having an affair....
Her life is ruined because Cole was born and he put a damper in her partying… And Randy is just stupid and does not do ALL the work… she wanted him to clean and cook…so she does absolutely nothing but party!
I love her but I really feel part of her problem is not owning her mistakes! She had a baby and really did not want him so she blames him. He kept her from going out and drinking so she drank at home and neglected him and as he got a little older she hit on him… she was disappointed because he was a slow learner yet NEVER helped him study and now I feel she is the cause of him being schizophrenic.
She kept this from me when we first became friends…and I only found out a few years ago. :(
She blames her parents for getting old and needing her to come help on weekends… she blamed her youngest brother for dying as a young adult and she blamed her oldest brother for being a ward of the state because he is mental.... because THEY should have been there to help her!
Her car is full of trash because she has to keep everything in her car so Randy does not look thru or read her mail… ???
I guess it bothers me that she is so quick to blame others!
She blames me the reason she did not have a Christmas at my house with her family is because my family was here and I never set a date
In All reality it is totally because of her drinking…so sad that alcohol ruins lives!
NOTHING else really matters but where the next drink is coming from

I wonder if what she says about randy is really true and if he really didn't try to do what he thought he should do? And as for Cole I think he just relaized thatvhisbmom hates him so why try any harder? I also think he figures being a screw up he will get more attention from her and that is what he want is the attention. But Jo has a issue and needs to deal with it and there is nthing anyne can do anymore because they have tried and she said no. It's hard to be that good friend and not shake your head when she makes no sense.
