Breakfast at hotel in Just Life

My boss during the winter believes that if we think our car might not make it because of snow we can stay at the hotel for free to be sure she has the staff she needs to care for the needs of the customer. When I heard the snow storm was coming knowing I usually get up at 4 am to start getting ready to cook breakfast at the hotel. I asked my boss for a key. She told me no problem.

My husband knew that the roads were going to get bad so he told me come get an overnight bag from the house and go back to the hotel to be sure I was available to serve breakfast tomorrow. After I got off of work and ran a few chores I went ome. My husband made me homemade chicken salad with chopped up pickles. It was so yummy.

I am over my most flu now but I still have a runny nose. I decided to wear a facemask while serving customer. I know I am doing the best I can but a large percentage of my coworkers are sick with the flu. I was giving Theraflu from the doctor which seems to help.

I got to get up at 5 to clean and serve breakfast I hope it will be a good day.
