Free Thanksgiving dinner and angry mom in Just Life

The hotel I work for is very kind every year and gives us Thanksgiving dinner. I brought the items home put the turkey in the fridge,put food on the table and went to bed. My mom woke me up saying I need to quit spending her money on groceries or she won’t be able to pay her bills. I sat confused. I let her think she won. She won’t listen to me when I tell her my job pays for Thanksgiving each year.. instead arguing with her I simply went back to sleep. I will never complain about a free meal..Happy Thanksgiving. Good night. I am going to my friend’s for Thanksgiving so I plan to save this meal for later. You will never hear me complain about a free meal I am grateful!
