getting my jitz on in annoying exercise book

So, I've not kept up with the running, but I have started going back to Jiu Jitsu classes, so at least I'm getting some exercise. I went twice last week and once this week, but it will be twice tomorrow cuz I plan on going again for the 1230 class. It's a good workout. Although tonite I spent an hour getting my ass kicked by a 9 year old. But he IS a higher belt than me, so at least there's that, lol. Also, he's like a spider monkey, he just climbs right up me, heh.

Anyways. That's about it on the exercise front.
