What are your goals for this month?
Workout more, walk more. Seems like my daily hour long walk just flies by and I’m starting to feel I need to do more.
Gonna start weight lifting again to compliment the cardio.
Also, deep clean the house and get rid of nostalgic crap that only contributes to negative or depressing thoughts.
Reading more books should also be on the list too. Been avoiding it because I’ve just been so restless recently, can’t focus on anything for more than five minutes.
