RIP Dad

I was watching a rerun of No Reservation with Anthony Bourdain when sure enough I dozed off. Managed to catch a nap this evening. Anyways it’s almost four and I’m awake. Dunno what I want to eat.

Today is usually a hard day for me but I’m going to focus on activities to keep my mind busy. I have a few of those adult coloring sheets I may work on while listening to classical music. That’s always a great decompressor.
