As I explained in my previous entry, I was going to work with AI to write eBooks. I asked ChatGPT about its book-writing capabilities and it’s not going to be able to just write it all for me, as I suspected. It can be useful, however. I explained one dream that sparked a novel idea and asked for a book synopsis for it. It was a bit of back and forth but this is the best version of what I got ChatGPT to produce for me:

Title: “Sanskrit Sorcery: Rise of the Divine Warrior

In the mystical realm of Mesoamerica during the 1400s, a land steeped in rich traditions and ancient gods, an unimaginable threat emerges as mysterious ships, guided by a malevolent sorceress, appear on the horizon. This sorceress, known as Elara, hails from the distant shores of Europe, a land where dark secrets and treacherous ambitions often take root.

Elara’s path to darkness is a harrowing tale of manipulation and coercion. Born into a coven of powerful witches, she and her sisters were ensnared by the machinations of the Vatican, the dominant religious force of Europe at the time. Elara’s sisters were cruelly held captive, and their lives were threatened unless she fulfilled the Vatican’s will: to use her formidable powers to conquer distant lands and expand their influence.

As she arrived in Mesoamerica, Elara’s powers were augmented by the forbidden knowledge she had acquired from the Vatican’s vaults, granting her the ability to summon not only European gods and monsters but also control over dark entities from across the world.

Amid the chaos of her devastating attack on a thriving Mesoamerican city, our young protagonist, a once-devoted spiritual aspirant who had abandoned his training for the rigors of physical combat, finds himself captured by Elara’s sinister forces. Within the sorceress’s captive camp, he encounters an enigmatic Guru from India, held prisoner for his sacred knowledge. The Guru reveals the secrets of Elara’s dark powers, explaining that she extracts her abilities by deciphering Sanskrit verses. Determined to resist this malevolence, the Guru begins to teach our protagonist the ancient language of Sanskrit.

As fate would have it, the camp is suddenly overrun by local inhabitants who have risen against Elara’s tyranny. In the midst of this chaos, our hero and the Guru find themselves unexpectedly liberated. However, their freedom is short-lived, as Elara, in a desperate act, summons the formidable Indian demon Raktabija to confront their newfound allies.

Raktabija is a grotesque and menacing demon, infamous for his unique and terrifying ability. Each drop of his blood that falls upon the ground spawns a new, equally powerful demon, multiplying his forces exponentially with each wound inflicted upon him.

Tragedy strikes as the Guru valiantly battles Raktabija but ultimately succumbs to the demon’s ferocity. With his dying breath, the Guru imparts the last remnants of his wisdom and the precious Sanskrit scrolls to our protagonist. Desperate and facing overwhelming odds, he flees, clutching the scrolls tightly to his chest.

In a moment of desperation and peril, our protagonist reads aloud the Sanskrit incantation just as Raktabija charges toward him. Inexplicably, he undergoes a transformation, merging with the essence of the divine warrior goddess Kali. Kali is a fearsome deity, often depicted with multiple arms, each bearing a weapon, and a relentless determination to vanquish evil.

As Raktabija swings his sword at our protagonist, the young man closes his eyes, fully prepared to accept the blow. Yet, at that critical moment, he hears the unmistakable clash of steel, and time seems to slow to an almost standstill. To his astonishment, additional arms sprout from his body, mirroring the divine form of Kali herself. These newfound arms wield two swords, expertly parrying the demon’s attack.

A central arm carries an orb, an artifact imbued with Kali’s power, which absorbs the drops of blood spilling from Raktabija’s wounds. As the demon’s life force flows out, Kali herself materializes in a blazing aura of power. She unleashes her divine wrath upon the army of demons spawned by Raktabija, catching each drop of blood with her orb before it can reach the ground and give rise to another monstrosity.

In this breathtaking battle between good and evil, Kali, channeled through our protagonist, emerges as the ultimate force of salvation. With her unparalleled powers, she obliterates Raktabija and his unholy army, paving the way for a new chapter in the epic struggle to restore balance to Mesoamerica. As the battle concludes, our hero, now a conduit for divine might, sets forth on a mission to confront Elara, realizing that the true war has only just begun.

Seeking to arm himself with the knowledge necessary to summon Mesoamerican gods and counter the European gods Elara can conjure, our protagonist embarks on a quest to find and learn from the spiritual leaders of his own region. With the power of Kali at his side and the wisdom of his ancestors to guide him, he prepares for a confrontation that will determine the fate of Mesoamerica and the world itself.
-End

I hate the title, I would choose my own but this explained the dream pretty darn well. I was Giizis, the protagonist, in the dream. That battle scene was pretty epic in my dream. I had that dream after reading Children of Blood and Bone by Tomi Adeyemi. It’s one of many dreams that I could just turn into short stories or novels on eBook. It’s not that great or anything but whatever. It will be like dream logging but better because I can make a passive income with it. This is another one which included more of a backstory for the protagonist here:

Title: “Sanskrit Sorcery: Rise of the Divine Warrior

In the mystical realm of Mesoamerica during the 1400s, a land steeped in rich traditions and ancient gods, an unimaginable threat emerges as mysterious ships, guided by a malevolent sorceress named Elara, appear on the horizon. This sorceress, known for her sinister powers, seeks to conquer new lands and spread the influence of the Vatican in distant corners of the world.

At the heart of this epic tale stands our protagonist, a young man named Giizis. Born to ordinary parents in a community where spiritual leaders were revered, Giizis’s childhood was marked by a unique blend of spirituality and inner turmoil. His mother, an individual gifted with prophetic visions, foresaw foreign invaders approaching their shores.

Giizis’s mother’s gift set her apart from the rest of their community, and she would speak of her visions in hushed tones to her family and trusted friends. However, in a society where the preservation of cultural traditions and spiritual practices was paramount, many dismissed her visions as the ramblings of a troubled mind. Despite the skepticism and concern of those around her, Giizis’s mother held fast to her beliefs and continued to share her visions with her young son.

As Giizis grew older, he grappled with conflicting emotions. On one hand, he revered his mother and admired her unwavering faith in her visions. On the other, he couldn’t help but be influenced by the doubts and skepticism that surrounded her. The weight of his parents’ expectations to follow a spiritual path was compounded by the complexity of his mother’s visions.

However, as Giizis matured, he found himself increasingly at odds with the spiritual path that had been laid out for him. Doubt crept into his heart, and the rituals and ceremonies that once filled him with awe began to feel hollow and empty. The weight of his parents’ expectations pressed down on him, and he struggled to reconcile their hopes with his own growing skepticism.

Tragedy struck when a devastating illness swept through their community, claiming the lives of both of Giizis’s parents. In the wake of their passing, Giizis was left grappling with a profound sense of loss and a newfound disillusionment with the spiritual teachings he had been raised with. He felt adrift, abandoned by the very beliefs that had once been the foundation of his existence.

In the absence of his parents and the burden of their expectations, Giizis faced a pivotal choice. He could have turned his back on his faith entirely and embraced a mundane life. Instead, fueled by a deep sense of responsibility and the desire to protect his younger brother, he chose a different path. Giizis resolved to become a warrior, honing his physical skills and dedicating himself to safeguarding his family and community.

It is against this backdrop of personal sacrifice, loss, and a profound crisis of faith that Giizis’s path intersects with the malevolent sorceress Elara and the enigmatic Guru. Their meeting sets in motion a series of events that will challenge Giizis’s beliefs, reignite the dormant flames of his spirituality, and thrust him into a battle for the very soul of Mesoamerica.

As the young warrior embarks on a perilous journey, armed with the divine power of Kali and guided by the wisdom of his ancestors, he seeks to reconcile his past doubts and find a renewed sense of purpose in confronting the dark forces unleashed by Elara. Giizis’s transformation from a skeptic who turned his back on his spiritual heritage to a divine warrior is a testament to the resilience of the human spirit and the enduring power of familial bonds in the face of unimaginable challenges.
-End

The antagonist will be the younger brother of Giizis. He is corruptable and might be gifted like his brother, time will tell. In the end, he liberates the sorceress’s coven and asks that they work together to take on the Vatican who have powers far greater than theirs. That would just lead to a potential sequel. Blah! Lame, iKnow!
