I am a gift wrapper! I love gorgeous wrapped presents… if you have read me during christmas you have seen pics of my gifts. I want them to be so pretty that you hate to open it .Because if I go to the trouble to pick out what I feel is the perfect gift I want it to be special!

Once after my divorce, I dated a doctor and he bought me a gold bracelet for christmas… He taught me how to make someone feel very UNspecial! He was supposed to come to my house the day after Christmas but he was late and did not show up until the next day. He was running late and ate at McDonalds before he come over and stuck the bracelet in the McDonald’s bag and gave it to me. It was like I was a last min thought or that it was a used gift… he just tossed the bag in my lap.

Needless to say I did not date him long nor did I give him the watch I bought him. I told him I was upset he stood me up so I gave it to my brother.

I gave the bracelet to my niece… I did not want anything to do with the thoughtless gift.

After that I started to really make my gifts look special and let them know I put thought into their gift. half of the present is the presentation.

So this pretty little tutu gift is for my daughter in-laws sister. I am very close to her as she was about 12 when Matthew and Kelsey started dating… and I have always bought her christmas gifts and they have always included me in family get to gathers… I bought her a very cool baby monitor. it was on her list and I knew not many people would pay that much…so I did :)
and when you buy a gift that special and she is having the first girl… it needs to be special because she is special!
