storm damage in Hi This is Kat!

We have been in a heatwave this week… and we knew today was supposed to be cooler.... no weather person even suggested their might be rain last night… We woke up to this mess!!!

Mark told me last week he wanted to buy new umbrellas next year because these looked dirty.... I told him they were not that bad yet.....I think he won?
The storm destroyed 3 of the 4 umbrellas, tossed several large plants and left a mess of leaves in the pool and small limbs EVERYWHERE!

WTF? We didn’t even know it was going to sprinkle and we got 2.5 inches of rain and hours of clean up!

We slept right thru the storm… mom said it was loud but we never heard a sound. Our home is pretty sound proof so it does not surprise me but what a mess!
