I said I was going to do this months ago, but it’s a long list, so I’ve procrastinated. This is all stuff that I listen to regularly, while doing housework. Obviously it’s not all that I listen to, that would be an insurmountable list for a single entry. This is the music that I always come back to.

Bands:
~~*~~~~*~~~~*~~
From 1994 - 2010, Type O Negative dominated my playlist. Then Peter died, and now it’s too depressing to listen to. I’m including it here because I only stopped listening to it because he died. I still regard it as some of the objectively best music ever made.
Nine Inch Nails first two albums. After that I feel it went downhill.
White Zombie, and Rob Zombie’s first album.
Metallica’s first four albums, up until the infamous Black album.
Voltaire, all of his more popular songs, with a special place for Hell In A Handbasket.
Everything the H.P. Lovecraft Historical Society has ever recorded.
Everything from Creature Feature / Rufus Rex.
Zombie Ghost Train. I regard thier dissolution as a tragedy.
Tim Minchin, all of his comedic works.
Ghost’s entire discography, obviously. With a special place for Stand By Him.

Individual songs:
~~*~~~~*~~~~*~~
We’re Comin’ To Kill Ya’, - Zachariah and The Lobos Riders, from the Dead And Breakfast soundtrack.
I Wanna Kill Everybody, - Ed Haynes. I heard it on the radio in high school, and I still think it’s hilarious.
Fuck Everything, - John LaJoie. *This song is awesome. If you're scrolling through this, and having a bad day, give it a chance. It never fails to improve my mood.*
I Can’t Decide, - Scissor Sisters.
I Can Kill You In A Heartbeat - Spookshow
The Zombie Song - Stephanie Mabey
Mary And The Storm, and Love Like Blood - Blitzkid
No One Survives, Dressed As Goblins, and Chop Suey, - Necrogoblicon.
Re: Your Brains - Jonathan Coulton
Skulls, and Die Die My Darling -The Misfits
Hip To Be Scared - Ice Nine Kills
Basically anything with a spooky, creepy theme, and lyrics you can follow along.
~~*~~~~*~~~~*~~
“Guilty Pleasures”, and nostalgia: I grew up in the 70’s and 80’s, with the radio. So naturally every rock song that was ever popular from 1970 - 1994 has some resonance with me.
Personal favorites:
~~*~~~~*~~~~*~~
White Room, - Cream.
Judy Blue Eyes - Crosby, Stills, Nash, and Young
No Sugar - The Guess Who
Woodstock - Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young
Bad Leroy Brown - Jim Croce

I can hardly say what my favorite music is. In addition, I'm engaged in music production, and even in my own work it is difficult for me to decide on the genre and style. I like to combine different things, and thanks to the paid Spotify promotion, which I learned about not so long ago, I have more chances and opportunities to become popular in Spotify.
