my world thru my eyes in Hi This is Kat!

Here is a satellite view of my world. I love this peaceful beautiful area.... it is my happy place. I have been considering buying a home in Nashville area to be closer to my grandsons. I am thinking it is best to hold out a bit because the interest rates are going to drive the housing prices down … so buying low is good. I won’t be getting a loan so the interest rates will benefit me as it slows the market down and I doubt I will sell this home as I really love it. It is a fairly large house with a very homy feel. Lot and lots of living area as it only has 3 bedrooms which is one thing I wanted as we do not need or want lots of bedrooms we won’t use… My first floor has a den, living room, sunroom, family room, kitchen with nook, dinning room, laundry room and bath… 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a gym, and a panic room… panic room is a hidden room but it is also set up as a game room soon to be a toy room

I guess a family could buy this home and could easily turn the den, dinning room, sunroom, or gym into bedrooms but I love the openness of this home as it was made to entertain! It took me forever to find a large home with only 3 bedrooms.... I did not want wasted areas

LOL can you tell I am bored to death today…

Next week I get Brooks for 4 days so I will have some spice in my life
