The “laughing gnome” is David himself. LOL!! I figured this out with my 3DS a while ago. There is a sound recording thing, I just recorded some of the song, and I slowed it down. I am easily amused, I realise this.

A friend gave me a set of lyrics to write a song to last year where at the end of the song, I needed a woman’s voice whisper “love” a couple times. The only woman around during recording was my wife and I’ve never been able to get her to the mic. So I recorded myself and pitched it up. My friend was none the wiser. And I made no mention in order not to break the spell…
