is wallpaper on the come back in Hi This is Kat!

I have been seeing more and more homes with wallpaper in it… many of them huge prints and textured. My son built a new home a couple of years ago and they have been adding wallpaper to a few bathrooms....

I am wanting to redo my den. on the bottom part of the wall I want to add wainscoting and paint it a light olive leaving the wood already in the room natural. Then the top part I want to add a texted wallpaper. in a Crean or beige color as similar ti this paper if I can find it.

I think from a distance and at first glance the wall would just look like a cream color and it won’t mess with art you put on the wall..
I would love to do one of my bathrooms in this paper! Bold and gorgeous!!!

So what are your ideas about wallpaper? The new paper is soooo nice easy to apply easy to remove. I believe it will be my fall project so get ready LOL
