Smashed Potato Stew 👎 in Hello

As the title says, the stew was a bust. It tastes good, pretty thick. But it lacked something. I was thinking like cubed ham or something along those lines. Mom ate part of it but is now making herself a salad. You have no idea how bad I feel when I make a dish that isn’t that great. 🙁

Oh well. That was an hour spent in the kitchen between prepping and cooking. At least I did the dishes as I went. Now I can relax. Maybe I’ll make myself a fruit and Greek yogurt dessert.
