Tired And Headache in Hello

I got two hours of sleep this morning. Peeled myself off the couch and went to group. There I developed a headache from hunger. After I rode by the hospital to visit mom a bit and show off the diabetic cookbook. Didn’t stay long cause the physical therapist showed up.

I’ve since chocked some food down but still have the friggin’ headache.

Today’s group was combo ned with another one. Topic was relapse prevention. The therapist got creative and made us pair up with people we don’t normally talk to. There was me and two other guys at our table so we three paired up. Pretty much the same for all of us, smoked lots of weed (I’m the drinker), all three worked second shift so know that getting off late is a trigger. When it came to coping skills found out all three of us are gamers lol. Got into a long discussion about Assassin’s Creed on break. All in all a cool, productive meeting.

Tylenol and a nap are in order.
