Property Update #12- It's a NO! in Tennessee

Update: it’s enough land but the location is a little iffy. Me and besties hubby love it but bestie doesn’t like it. She doesn’t think it’s remote enough. I think it’s the perfect mix between remote and civilization. We have to wait to see until tomorrow the seller will know if the other deal fell through. Because we definitely need two parcels of land. Otherwise I don’t think it’s enough room.

There is a tire factory across the street but the entry isn’t the shipping & receiving entrance. But it might smell like tire all day every day. And bestie also did not like the corner lot.

We decided to pass on this one.
