nail art in Hi This is Kat!

After years of paying for a mani and pedi… I decided to NOT get it done and give my nail a break from their grinding of the nail… I had to let my whole nail grow out and that is where I am right now… I removed all the gel a month or so ago and cut my nails very short to remove all the nail that Han been sanded and damaged by all the grinding..... it makes your nail very thin after they remove several layers of nail.

Finally I have kept my nails trimmed short and all the damage is gone my nails will strengthen up back to normal as my nails are very thick and grow pretty fast.

I bought a bunch of polish, brushes, and little tools that make dots or flowers.

LOL here is my first flower.... if you don’t look at it real close it does not look too bad. I bought some gorgeous pick glitter polish that will be here tomorrow… I will paint the rest girlie girl pink glitter! I tried to do a French tip and I total failed but I googled how to do it and maybe that will help?

at least I can remove the polish every few days to give my nails a break. I used to do hand modeling in HS because my nails were thick and long and easy for them to paint. but they look pretty short yet manicured lol

I made Hungarian goulash for supper tonight. I am simmering it for about 4 hours....the steak will melt in your mouth. I use the Betty Crocker recipe from the 80’s and it is so. good. I have never eaten it anywhere else to compare it… who knows it might be horrible compared to someone else’s ???

So in my oh so boring life I have managed to make a little fun and a little food :)
