I have been trying to make this table for almost a month. I have no patience for HTML. The spacing is all jacked up, can’t figured out how to fix it, I’ve tried SO many different tables, driving my OCD insane. I gave up. So it looks like shit, but oh well. I really wanted to get this documented before I started that 6 week Transform 20 program. I’m currently on Week 4/Day 5 (6 days/week), so we will see if I can figure out how to make another column in 2.5 weeks when it’s all over! I have lost 6 pounds since I started.
I joined this Dietbet challenge with some people on a health and fitness page on Facebook. Anyone who loses 4% of their body weight in 4 weeks will split the pot of money. $20/person. The pot is up to $880 right now. I knew it would be tough for me, because I’m already in a “healthy” weight range for someone of my stature, so I don’t have a ton of weight to lose, but I definitely could stand to lose 4%. I was willing to put $20 on it. I’ve lost 3 pounds since I started that challenge, so I only have 2.1 pounds to go before I’ll be at my 4%. I would HOPE that I could manage that in 2 weeks. (But I did have Panda Express for dinner soooo… 🤣)
I fell off the wagon this summer. My work out buddy got pregnant in January, so I kind of used that as my excuse to not work out as often/eat like shit, since I didn’t have her for motivation. She is due at the end of October, and I am really looking forward to getting her back, hopefully after the first of the year.
