Rain yesterday and cloudy today-pictures in Day to day life from a woman that turned 60 in Oct 2014 and who lives on a farm and Retired on January 2, 2016. I plan to do more sewing, work outside in the yard and just enjoy my retirement.

Got several chores completed and finally swept and mopped my kitchen and vacuumed the LR and hall. Whew. Made myself do it and no idea why it was forced but it is done and looks much better. Took some pictures yesterday during the rain and early this morning of a Cardinal who visits often to eat. Hope you enjoy and if you're not interested in them you can move on now. I did enjoy the photos--picturing you there too. That cardinal is a bright fellow! I love cardinals, and at home they (Virginia) are our state bird. You have blooming flowers I'd enjoy--they are more common in spring here, now in FL the weather is scorching.
