Property Update #8- New Land in Tennessee

Update: Today our realtor let us know that another friend she knows in real estate has an 8 acre property in McMinnville (40 mins away). It’s already divided into 2 tracts, one has a 3 bedroom septic tank already on there. So we would need a seperate soil test for Besties 5 bedroom. It’s Already deforested, and it has a driveway. We will need to pay a lawyer for an easement for us to both use the driveway. Only catch is it’s 125k, a little outside our budget. But if we split it 4 acres and 4 acres that’s 62,500 apiece. Not too bad, I can put some of it on my mortgage and pay some down. We’re gonna go see it Friday morning.

I like the town 🧡 we already looked at property there that didn’t work out. So the universe seems to be sending us back there
