Stupid People in Hello

I got a feeling I’m going to have to call animal control on the new neighbors two houses down.

They have two pitbull puppies they let wander around the neighborhood with no leash, collar or tags.

That shit don’t fly with me.

Update: Made an anonymous complaint on animal control’s website.
