Clean hoarder house for forever home in Just Life

My mother told me if I can fix up her property that she abandoned after a hoarding event she will give me the property as long as all 3 of us live in it after it is remodeled. My friends consider me crazy but I am battling one room at a time slowly cleaning up the mess. Many ask why am I doing this. This is my family home. Someday I would like to raise my mother’s grandchildren here. All this work is worth not having a house payment. Mom is giving it to me so she don’t have to clean it up.
