yeah so I just had one an hr. ago the 2nd of the day. I had the other at 2 a.m. that's like the 6th I've gotten since May. I got them in HS only I didn't know what they were it was just that feeling of 'I need to be sedated'. yeah they're terrifying. when i'm having them I know i'm having them though. unlike when I go places. like i'm present.

I uh. er. this last one lasted only 5 mins. I went into the bathroom when I felt it coming on cause, well, I feel safe in bathrooms. [and closets].
