I officially suck in annoying exercise book

Not only did I skip running yesterday, today I only finished half the work out. It was supposed to be a 45 minute run. I made 25 mins and quit cuz my body felt like lead. I am thinking it is because I am seriously dehydrated. Or just a fat slug. shrugs
